Starting a return request
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order details plus a short note about the issue. We will review the request and send the appropriate return instructions.
Item condition
To be considered for return, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. We may be unable to accept items that arrive in a condition different from when they were sent.
Refund timing
When a return is approved and received, we will confirm the outcome by email. Any approved refund is issued to the original card payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and photos if possible. We will work with you to make it right.
